This is an electric heater that heats the drum from the sides and bottom. This unit consists of a side heater that heats the contents of the drum from the side of the drum, a base heater that heats from the bottom, and a temperature control panel that precisely controls the temperature of these. In order to efficiently raise the temperature of the contents of drums, which have poor fluidity, it is important to use a wider surface and heat the contents slowly without causing heat damage. To this end, heating from the bottom of the drum and uncoupled heating from the side accommodate particularly sensitive contents.

- Raise the temperature of the contents of the drum, making it easier to remove raw materials.
・Dissolves non-flowable contents or contents of drums that are crystallized at room temperature by raising the temperature from the outside at an appropriate temperature.
- Heat up and melt slowly at a safe temperature set below the heat-resistant temperature of the contents of the drum.
・The time required for temperature rise and melting is greatly influenced by the thermal conductivity of the contents. By using it in conjunction with a stirrer, the heating time can be greatly shortened.
・Equipped as standard with temperature control panel with built-in earth leakage breaker.
・Equipped with a high temperature automatic shutdown circuit for peace of mind.
・Since the side heater has casters, it is easy to attach and detach.
