About This Product

My TubeTrace is an electrically traced heated conduit lined with insulation. Tubing can be made of any material including Teflon, Hastelloy, stainless steel, Monel, titanium, and electropolished tubing. Product features

■Heater output changes depending on temperature

Self-regulating and power-limiting heater cables reduce heater output as the temperature increases.

■No need for temperature control

Calculate the required power in advance based on the temperature difference between the minimum environmental temperature and the target heat retention temperature, and if there is no problem after tracing it under the maximum environmental temperature, temperature adjustment is not necessary.

■Can be cut to any length

It is composed of an integrated My Tube Heater, insulation material, and exterior material, and can be cut to the required length and insulated using the specified terminal treatment kit.

■When temperature control is required

RTDs, thermocouples, thermostats, etc. can be installed on-site using the temperature sensor installation kit. Temperature sensors are available with Teflon insulated lead wires that are heat resistant to 260°C.

■Exterior temperature is maximum 60℃ or less

The TubeTrace jacket is designed to not exceed 60°C when the process tube is at 204°C and the outside temperature is 27°C with no wind.

■Standard length is 152m

Considering workability, the standard length of one roll is 152m. For longer lengths, an intermediate connection kit and straight connection heater cable handling kit are required.

■Number of built-in tubes

One or more tubes can be processed into one tube heater.
