About This Product

We handle various high-pressure O-rings, mainly in sizes used as repair and maintenance parts for construction machinery and agricultural machinery. Regarding O-rings for construction machinery, we always keep in stock the sizes frequently used for maintenance, along with backup rings. When ordering, please be sure to specify the size (inner diameter x wire diameter) or standard count (e.g. G-80, etc.). We always keep in stock general-purpose high-pressure O-rings (JIS-P, JIS-G) and backup rings (manufactured by Hytrel) used in hydraulic cylinders for construction and agricultural machinery. For backup rings for O-rings, we are the only company in the domestic aftermarket that offers Hytrel backup rings, which are used in the latest model hydraulic cylinders of major construction machinery manufacturers. (According to our research as of April 2015) Compared to conventional PTFE (Teflon) backup rings, it has superior wear and extrusion resistance under high pressure conditions that can cause oil leaks.

■Oil resistance test (test oil IRM903)
