The KSV1000 series is a screw dispenser specialized for quantitative conveyance and spot application of particle-containing media and medium-high viscosity media.The valve body is equipped with screws of various standards, and can be quickly attached and detached to accommodate applications with different flow rates and adhesive amounts. The designed valve body is easy to clean and maintain.
■Features
- Syringe guide mounting design, compatible with 10cc/30cc/50cc syringes, can be quickly attached and detached.
- The screw material is tungsten steel, which has extremely high wear resistance.
- Compatible with most adhesives with low to medium viscosity.
-Equipped with a closed-loop servo motor, enabling accurate positioning and failure detection.
■Applicable fluid
Cream solder, UV thermosetting adhesive, thermally conductive silicone grease, thermally conductive gel.
■Application field
Adhesive application during the camera assembly process, semiconductor thermal conductive material coating, lens fixing adhesive MEMS cream solder application.
