About This Product

■Super precision・Ultra-precision micro-adhesive control allows for use in processes that require extremely high adhesive application accuracy.
・The ultra-precision dispensing controller KDC series is used for automated and unmanned production lines. The unmanned production line has the inherent advantage of being able to achieve ultra-precise dispensing down to 0.01 mg and fast dispensing with cycle times of less than 0.1 seconds.
- Realizes active correction based on empirical rules and real-time correction online.

Special features
■Automatic liquid level correctionThis eliminates variations in the amount of adhesive due to liquid level differences and achieves stable adhesive dispensing, reducing the defect rate in the production process.

■Automatic negative pressure correctionAutomatically controlling the vacuum suckback pressure effectively prevents dripping, helps eliminate air bubbles, and ensures stable adhesive dispensing.

■Remaining amount automatic alarmBy comparing the accurately detected amount of adhesive remaining in the tank with a set threshold, it prompts for tank replacement in a timely manner and prevents defects due to insufficient adhesive.
