・The PJS100H series is a high-speed, high-precision, non-contact injection device that is compatible with low, medium, and high viscosity media. Combined with piezoelectric jet dispenser controllers and temperature controllers, it enables non-contact, high-precision dispensing in a wide range of applications, including advanced semiconductor manufacturing and packaging for mobile electronic devices. - The PJS100H series has a modular design and is compatible with anaerobic, hot melt, and corrosive adhesive applications. Equipped with quick nozzle calibration function. Parameters can be adjusted quantitatively and the process is adaptable to a wide range. ・The PJS100H series has quick release and quick change functions for flow path assembly, allowing you to quickly restore the original process. Equipped with valve monitoring function, which can ensure the stability of spraying work.

■Features

・Minimum discharge volume 0.5nl, minimum line width 0.2mm. ・Highly stable fluid with a viscosity of 0 to 200,000 cps can be injected with a discharge error of ±2%. ・Excellent dot control ability, smooth trapezoidal wave control technology, and dot rate due to liquid injection is less than 0.5%, ensuring proper bubble control.
