Features
■Improved spray stability and uniformity
The rod guide base and flow path are directly screwed together, increasing the coaxiality of the rod and nozzle and ensuring spray stability.The valve body injection force has been increased by 20% and is compatible with higher viscosity adhesives (500,000 cps).
■Quantification of nozzle adjustment
The adjustment unit has added a vernier (minimum scale 0.01mm) to achieve quantification.
■Save time for nozzle setup
The enhanced ADJ calibration function has a repeatable position accuracy of template and nozzle within 0.01mm. After normal cleaning and assembly, no ADJ calibration is required, direct injection is possible, and process restart time is less than 2 minutes.
■Lock nut
The integrated design of the nozzle holder eliminates one seal ring, one nozzle seal holder, and one installation tool, reducing maintenance costs.
