About This Product
A pre-punch flexible board (pre-punch FPC board) is a flexible board (FPC board) that has a copper foil layer in the center and is sandwiched between insulating films on both sides, allowing electrical contact to be made from both sides.
Although it is a single-sided flexible board (single-sided FPC board) with a single conductor layer, by opening the polyimide on the front and back sides, it has the functions of a double-sided flexible board (double-sided FPC board), and has excellent flexibility and bending durability. Additionally, using the same process, it is also possible to construct a bare conductor ``flexible board with double-sided exposed structure (flying lead structure) (flying lead FPC board)'' that has no insulating layer at all. This structure has no organic material around the conductor, allowing high-temperature connection methods to be applied, and is often used for high-density connections that require high reliability.

・Plating processing: Electrolytic direct gold plating, electrolytic nickel/gold plating, electroless nickel/gold plating, soft gold plating, tin plating, solder plating (PB free), flux
■Reinforcement material
・Reinforcement film: polyimide, polyester
