About This Product
A double-sided flexible board (double-sided FPC board) is a flexible board (FPC board) that has a conductor pattern on both sides of the base film, and conducts the circuit on the back side using through-hole plating. More complex wiring is possible than single-sided flexible boards (FPC boards). In addition, since components can be mounted on both sides, space can be used effectively.
If it is a fine surface mount component, it can be mounted without a reinforcing plate. Also, although micro-sized via holes are now being used, blind via holes are now the mainstream in order to increase area efficiency and manufacturing efficiency.
