About This Product

■Summary

h-BN (boron nitride), also known as "white graphite", is made from a white powder with a crystal structure similar to graphite. Therefore, it has similar properties to graphite, such as lubricity, thermal shock resistance, machinability, and chemical stability, but unlike graphite, which is dielectric, it has high electrical insulating properties and is white in color. it's different. Purity levels include 99% and 90% or higher.

■Features

・Made from white powder with a crystal structure similar to graphite ・It has a low coefficient of thermal expansion and good thermal conductivity, so it has excellent thermal shock resistance. Thermal shock resistance: 1,500℃ or more ・Heat resistance: Maximum operating temperature is approximately 2,200℃ in a non-oxidizing atmosphere ・Excellent lubricity and mold release properties ・Extremely stable against inorganic and organic chemicals and has excellent food resistance. ・Excellent insulator with low dielectric constant.

Glass jigs, metal melting crucibles, firing setters, electrical insulation parts, heat dissipation sheets, high temperature lubrication additives
