About This Product

This is a controller that can change the drive frequency of the parts feeder. The parts feeder can be driven without adjusting vibration by increasing or decreasing springs. Also, it can be driven regardless of the 50Hz region or 60Hz region, which is very convenient. If you have a small workpiece and require finer vibration than the 60Hz resonance point, you can use it at 70Hz or higher, or if you are driving a large bowl, you can drive it at 50Hz or lower. It also has a constant voltage function that keeps the voltage constant.

■CVFN MZF series.

■Constant amplitude controller

A vibration detection sensor is attached to the oscillator to monitor the vibration and send feedback to the controller to keep the amplitude constant. Vibration remains almost constant despite fluctuations in voltage, amount of workpiece input, etc. This is extremely useful in environments where vibration fluctuations are a problem. It usually has an inverter function. This is a made-to-order product.

Remote +0~10V operation with RC → Display V 0~200V (0~100V)
Input resistance 4.7kΩ
Proportional output (e.g. sequencer D/A output) 0~10V

A control function that reduces vibration changes due to power supply voltage fluctuations. (Valid only when on hand)

The ALARM indicator lights up when there is an overload or short circuit. (Automatic return)

Run and stop signals: RUN and STOP on the controller body (select by terminal connection)

It has a built-in soft start timer that allows the amplitude to rise smoothly when the power is turned on or when operation starts using an external signal.

Displays the output frequency or output voltage using the selector switch.

If the relay board (OP-N5) is added, signals synchronized with the parts feeder (run and stop signals) can be obtained through the relay contact (2C).
