About This Product

This is a controller that can change the drive frequency of the parts feeder. The parts feeder can be driven without adjusting vibration by increasing or decreasing springs. Also, it can be driven regardless of the 50Hz region or 60Hz region, which is very convenient. If you have a small workpiece and require finer vibration than the 60Hz resonance point, you can use it at 70Hz or higher, or if you are driving a large bowl, you can drive it at 50Hz or lower. It also has a constant voltage function that keeps the voltage constant. The controller CVFN-M series is frequency variable and supports various specifications depending on the purpose and usage conditions of each electromagnetic main body. The drive frequency can be set using the volume on the front of the panel. Additional functions required for various controls are included as standard, and sensor input control, relay circuits, etc. can be added as optional equipment. In addition to the standard features listed above, CVFN-3MF, 5MF, and 6MF are available as controllers with constant amplitude functions. CVFN-3MZ, 5MZ, and 6MZ are types that can change the volume steplessly using the D/A output of a PLC (sequencer). In addition to the above standard features, CVFN-3MZF, 5MZF, and 6MZF are available as controllers with constant amplitude function.
