About This Product

■Mobility, safety, and durability improved. This is a 6-wheel flatbed aluminum trolley with a maximum usable mass of 1,000kg.Made of aluminum, it is approximately 50% lighter than steel (according to our research).
Adopting central direction regulating casters, the straight running performance is increased and the loaded object can be transported in a stable state. Focusing on the performance of the casters, the initial movement is light and durability is increased. We developed and adopted a shaped material designed to increase the strength of the corner part (socket).

■Three features of Allock CarryPOINT 01. Light initial response
The secret to light mobility lies in the casters.
・Starting force = Friction coefficient of wheel material → Select hard urethane with low friction coefficient
・The wheels of regular steel 1,000 kg carts are often φ200 → weight is reduced by adopting φ150 wheels
・Turning force = operability = strength → Emphasis on the strength of the metal fittings to increase turning force and operability

POINT 02. Safety when moving and stacking
① Directional regulating casters are used on the center wheel (AHK-1 only)
Direction regulating casters improve straight-line performance, making it possible to transport loaded items in a stable manner. Central direction regulation can be switched between presence and absence.
② Designed for strength and safety when stacking
- Adopts φ150 casters to reduce height and allow for movement.
- Anti-slip fittings prevent loads from collapsing or falling when stacked, allowing safe movement.
- Lightweight, so it is easy to carry and stack.
・Effective for moving and storing in narrow spaces.
- The size is designed to make it easy to get into the elevator.

POINT 03. Structure with increased durability
①The casters use high-grade specifications.
② Corner sockets into which φ48.6 single pipes can be inserted are installed at the four corners. Adopts a shaped material designed to increase strength for operations that require force to move.
③Resin corner guards reduce the impact on people and walls. It has a structure that is difficult to damage.
④High-pressure stainless steel rivets are used at the frame joints.
