About This Product

We provide products for a variety of applications, mainly using wound cores made of grain-oriented electromagnetic steel strips, as well as patented side gap construction methods and bank coil construction methods. An advanced version of the toroidal choke coil using mechanical winding.

■Mold core

High-quality, high-performance core manufactured in-house, from winding thin silicon steel sheets to integral molding.

■Bank coil (patented construction method)

High-performance machine-wound coil with structurally suppressed line potential difference, high withstand voltage, low stray capacitance, and no layer shorts.

■D-shaped core (patented technology)

A two-stage magnetic gap structure that enables the adoption of suitable wire diameters that correspond to the expansion of the rated current range, and reduces set power loss and noise effects on peripheral equipment due to low leakage magnetic flux.

■Side gap (patented construction method)

Achieving mechanical winding of toroidal choke coils by devising the magnetic gap position and using it for coil assembly.

■Multi-pitch lead forming

Compatible with user's desired board mounting dimensions

■Other features

・Inherits the excellent properties of silicon steel plate toroidal core and achieves miniaturization and low loss. ・Adoption of automatic winding (bank coil) using equipment developed in-house ・Improvement of product reliability ・Improved frequency characteristics by reducing stray capacitance ・Improved high voltage resistance by suppressing potential difference between windings
