About This Product

High-quality, high-definition ink is an ink that can faithfully reproduce solid areas and fine patterns, and it is an ink that can stably print fine lines with a line width of 100 µm with extremely high precision. XER ink is a one-component screen printing ink that is suitable for printing fine lines and letters on name plates, etc., and has excellent coating film flexibility and heat resistance during post-processing.

・It is possible to print extremely high precision, such as 100μm thin lines and dots. ・Excellent printing stability and high-speed printing performance. ・The ink coating has excellent adhesion. - Available in a variety of colors with excellent weather and heat resistance.

■Caution

・Confirmation before commercialization: Adhesion and durability may change due to differences in the material, process, printing, and drying conditions. Be sure to check adhesion and durability before mass production printing. ・Ink quality safety period: 24 months from the manufacturing date if unopened

■Fire service law

Dangerous Goods Class 4 Petroleum Class 3, Danger Class III

■Safe handling

・Please use safety gloves and eye protection to protect your skin and eyes. If ink gets on your skin, wash it thoroughly with soap. If it gets into your eyes, wash your eyes thoroughly with water (or lukewarm water) and then consult a doctor. ・After use, completely seal the container and store it in a cool, dark place. ・SDS is available. Please request the SDS before handling this product and handle it at your own risk.
