About This Product

IMB-HF006 binder is an environmentally friendly binder ink for insert molding that does not intentionally use halogen (chlorine Cl, bromine Br) compounds as raw materials and does not contain environmentally hazardous substances such as benzene, toluene, xylene, and isophorone. .

■Features

・This is the adhesive layer between the printed sheet, which is printed with a two-component curing ink design on PC sheets, treated PET films, etc., and the injection molded resin. ・Since it can be screen printed, patterns can be applied only to the necessary areas. ・One-component evaporation drying type with good workability.

■Caution

・Due to the possibility of contamination with halogen compounds, only specified solvents and specified additives cannot be used. - Squeegee rubber, emulsion, materials and materials, printing materials, etc. may contain halogen compounds, so please check before use. ・For forming processing such as vacuum forming, pressure forming, and mold molding, and insert molding processing that integrates with injection molding resin, selection of printing materials and ink for design printing, printing conditions, printing order, drying method Composite factors such as molding conditions, molding resin selection, mold design (gate shape, type and position, number of gates), and injection molding condition settings will affect the performance of the final product. Please thoroughly test the prototype and set each condition appropriately before use. - Binder cannot be used in combination with ink. - When printing a binder, if the base ink dries excessively, the peel strength will decrease. Be sure to print continuously to the binder and perform final drying. ・Ink quality safety period: 24 months from the manufacturing date if unopened

■Safe handling

・Please use safety gloves and eye protection to protect your skin and eyes. If ink gets on your skin, wash it thoroughly with soap. If it gets into your eyes, wash your eyes thoroughly with water (or lukewarm water) and then consult a doctor. ・After use, completely seal the container and store it in a cool, dark place. ・SDS is available. Please request the SDS before handling this product and handle it at your own risk.
