About This Product

IMB-HF005 PP binder ink provides a binder function to bond PP resin and design printing sheets when manufacturing decorative molded products using PP resin using Film Insert Molding (FIM).

■Features

・This is the adhesive layer between the printing sheet, which has a two-component curing ink design printed on treated PP, and the injection molding resin. ・Applicable to film insert molding of PP resin, which is a difficult-to-adhesive material. ・Since it can be screen printed, patterns can be applied only to the necessary areas. ・Our molding ink can be used according to the original fabric and product specifications. INQ-HF ink is recommended for treated PP.

■Caution

・Due to the possibility of contamination with halogen compounds, solvents other than those specified cannot be used. - Squeegee rubber, emulsion, materials and materials, printing materials, etc. may contain halogen compounds, so please check before use. ・For forming processing such as vacuum forming, pressure forming, and mold molding, and insert molding processing that integrates with injection molding resin, selection of printing materials and ink for design printing, printing conditions, printing order, drying method Composite factors affect the performance of the final product, including molding conditions, molding resin selection, mold design (gate shape, type and position, number of gates), and injection molding condition settings. ・Please use the product after thoroughly testing the prototype and setting each condition appropriately. - Binder cannot be used in combination with ink. - When printing a binder, if the base ink dries excessively, the peel strength will decrease. Be sure to print all the way to the binder continuously on the same day and perform final drying. ・Residual solvent in the coating film may cause a decrease in adhesion to the molding resin. Be sure to heat and dry the design printing ink, including drying and curing it. Please use our G-002 solvent to clean plates, etc. ・Confirmation before commercialization: Adhesion and durability may change due to differences in the material, process, printing, and drying conditions. Be sure to check adhesion and durability before mass production printing. ・Ink quality safety period: 12 months from the manufacturing date if unopened
