About This Product

The INQ-HF ink series is an environmentally friendly two-component reactive insert molding ink that does not intentionally use halogen (chlorine Cl, bromine Br) compounds as raw materials. It forms a coating film with excellent flexibility, has excellent heat resistance during film insert molding, and exhibits particularly good adhesion to TPU.

■Features・A two-component reaction type that forms a coating film with excellent flexibility and heat resistance.
- Easy-adhesive PET film and film insert molding onto PC (polycarbonate) sheets can be used to create decorative printed materials.
- By combining with IMB binder, insert molding with PMMA, ABS, PC resin, etc. is possible.

■Hardening agent/reinforcing agent mixture106 hardener 4% (improves adhesion) Pot life 2-3 hours

240 hardening agent 3% (improves heat resistance) Pot life 4-5 hours

220 hardener 5% (standard) Pot life 4-5 hours

200 Hardener 6% (Super Soft) Pot Life 4-5 hours

■Caution・Due to the possibility of contamination with halogen compounds, only specified solvents and curing agents can be used.
- Squeegee rubber, emulsion, materials and materials, printing materials, etc. may contain halogen compounds, so please check before use.
- Be sure to print a binder as an adhesive layer with the molding resin.

⇒IMB-HF009 binder: Compatible with MIR ink, PC resin, PMMA resin molding.

⇒IMB-HF006 binder: Compatible with general-purpose resin molding such as ABS, PMMA, and AS.

- When printing a binder, if the base ink dries excessively, the peel strength will decrease. Be sure to print continuously to the binder and perform final drying.
・For forming processes such as vacuum forming, pressure forming, and mold forming, and insert molding, in which a printing sheet is inserted into a mold and integrated with injection molding resin, printing materials, design printing inks, and Binder selection, printing conditions, printing order, drying method and conditions, molding resin selection, mold design (injection gate type and position, number of gates) Multiple factors, such as injection molding conditions and injection molding conditions, affect the performance of the final product.
・Please use the product after thoroughly testing the prototype and setting each condition appropriately.
・Ink quality safety period: 24 months from the manufacturing date if unopened
