About This Product

The ISX-HF ink series is an environmentally friendly one-component insert molding ink that does not intentionally use halogen (chlorine Cl, bromine Br) compounds as raw materials. It exhibits good adhesion to PC (polycarbonate) sheets and PC-based molding resins, and is compatible with film insert molding (FIM) without a binder.

■Features

- It is possible to create printed materials for film insert molding on PC sheets and easily adhesive treated PET films. ・Insert molded products can be created using PC (polycarbonate), PC/ABS, ABS, and PMMA (acrylic) resins. ・It is a one-component ink and is suitable for sheet forming processes such as compressed air and vacuum forming.

HF000 medium, HF001 Victoria, HF169 red, HF179 red, HF199 red, HF249 blue yellow, HF279 red yellow, HF399 indigo, HF529 vermilion, HF589 peony, HF619 white, HF679 white, HF829 purple, HF919 black, HF979 black

■Caution

・Due to the possibility of contamination with halogen compounds, only specified solvents and curing agents can be used. - Squeegee rubber, emulsion, materials and materials, printing materials, etc. may contain halogen compounds, so please check before use. ・For forming processes such as vacuum forming, pressure forming, and mold forming, and insert molding, in which a printing sheet is inserted into a mold and integrated with injection molding resin, printing materials, design printing inks, and Binder selection, printing conditions, printing order, drying method and conditions, molding resin selection, mold design (injection gate type and position, number of gates) Multiple factors, such as injection molding conditions and injection molding conditions, affect the performance of the final product. ・Please use the product after thoroughly testing the prototype and setting each condition appropriately. ・Ink quality safety period: 24 months from the manufacturing date if unopened

■Safe handling

・Please use safety gloves and eye protection to protect your skin and eyes. If ink gets on your skin, wash it thoroughly with soap. If it gets into your eyes, wash your eyes thoroughly with water (or lukewarm water) and then consult a doctor. ・After use, completely seal the container and store it in a cool, dark place. ・SDS is available. Please request an SDS before handling this product, and use it at your own risk.
