Positioning lasers are used where alignment and positioning precision is required to safely and reliably indicate specific positions on a variety of workpiece materials. As line lasers, positioning lasers are often found in the wood, metal, and textile industries, as they are used in all kinds of cutting machines, such as band saws, crosscut saws, and press brakes.
As a cross laser, the laser module reliably marks the working point during drilling and other processing steps.
By using a circle laser, positioning circular objects becomes easier. Circle projection can be substituted for templates of different diameters and is used as an ideal solution for the production of large cable drums and wooden barrel bottoms.
For example, the projected circle shows the outer contour of a circular workpiece, which allows you to easily and precisely fit together each piece of wood in a wooden barrel. Positioning lasers thus save material and time and help you achieve optimal work results.
ZD is a small, low-cost laser module with a diameter of φ11mm. A positioning laser module that can project red or green dots, lines, cross lines, and DOE lasers.
■General-purpose mini laser module with excellent visibility
The mini laser module series ZD can project lines, dots, and cross lines as options, and is used as a positioning laser in the processing industry of wood, stone, fabric, tires, iron materials, etc. The main body, which is only φ11mm in diameter, can be used for a variety of purposes.
The ZD series has excellent visibility even at low output. The power supply voltage range is wide from DC5 to 24V, which brings out even more possibilities in various fields and applications. It can be combined with a 635nm red laser diode with a maximum output power of 15mW or a 520nm green laser diode with a maximum output power of 10mW.
