Positioning lasers are used where alignment and positioning precision is required to safely and reliably indicate specific positions on a variety of workpiece materials. As line lasers, positioning lasers are often found in the wood, metal, and textile industries, as they are used in all kinds of cutting machines, such as band saws, crosscut saws, and press brakes.
As a cross laser, the laser module reliably marks the working point during drilling and other processing steps.
By using a circle laser, positioning circular objects becomes easier. Circle projection can be substituted for templates of different diameters and is used as an ideal solution for the production of large cable drums and wooden barrel bottoms.
For example, the projected circle shows the outer contour of a circular workpiece, which allows you to easily and precisely fit together each piece of wood in a wooden barrel. Positioning lasers thus save material and time and help you achieve optimal work results.
