This is a high pulse energy dual head laser system that uses an LD excitation method. Since the beam profile is excellent with M2<10, laser light can be easily shaped.

■Plasma PIV series overview
Plasma PIV laser system is a high pulse energy dual head laser system that uses LD excitation method. Each laser head generates pulse energy of 75mJ @ 10-100Hz and 60mJ @ 200Hz with a pulse width of 7-11ns. By adopting the LD excitation method, it is possible to operate without a secondary cooler while achieving high pulse energy and high repetition frequency of up to 200Hz oscillation. Also, since the beam profile is excellent with M2<10, it is easy to shape the laser beam.
