About This Product
■PEM® brand fasteners utilize surface mounting, broaching, and flaring techniques for printed circuit boards.
No matter how advanced electronic components become, they must be securely fixed to a printed circuit board in order to perform well. PEM provides fasteners for assembling parts and boards, boards and boards, and boards and sheet metal.
Broaching fasteners are fasteners with a knurled shank. It inserts into the mounting hole of a printed circuit board and becomes a permanent, strong threaded or screwless component. It can also be used for base materials such as aluminum, acrylic, cast products, and polycarbonate boats.
The vertical groove carved around the shank part bites into the base material, providing a reliable interference fit and rotation prevention. Recommended for use in mounting holes on printed circuit boards that are not soldered or plated.

KF2™/KFS2™ broaching nuts are nuts that attach to printed circuit boards. Can be used on aluminum, acrylic, die-cast and polycarbonate.
