About This Product

■Spacer for mounting printed circuit boards. Available with threads and without threads.PEM® Clinching Spacers are spacers for components such as printed circuit boards that are attached to metal substrates using proven clinching technology. Simply insert it into a round hole and apply pressure to attach it to metal base materials with a minimum plate thickness of .025” / 0.63mm or more.

Specially designed SO4™, BSO4™, TSO4™ spacers are made from hardened stainless steel and are ideal for installation on stainless steel substrates. Optional nickel plating is available if the product is expected to be used in corrosive environments.

■SO™/SOS™/SOA™/SO4™ Threadless through-hole clinching spacer・SO spacer is recommended for use on steel or aluminum base metals below HRB 80 / HB 150.
・SOS spacers are recommended for use on steel or aluminum base materials of HRB 70 / HB 125 and below.
・SOA spacer is recommended for use on aluminum base materials of HRB 50 / HB 82 and below.
・SO4 spacer is recommended for use on stainless steel base metals below HRB 88 / HB 183.
