About This Product

■PEM® Concealed Spacer is installed in a non-through hole and has a flat back surface.

By installing a concealed spacer, you can achieve a smooth design without any unevenness.

■Features

- Attaches to thin steel or aluminum sheets as thin as .062” / 1.6mm in a wide range of assembly applications, providing a sturdy, reusable screw to mating components. - The back of the attached thin plate is smooth and has no holes or protrusions. - Meets strict IP ratings by installing on only one side to completely seal the sheet from air, liquids, dust, gas, and other elements that may enter. - Requires an end-milled non-through hole of the recommended size and minimum depth. - Install using Pemcerter® Press or other standard press.
