About This Product

■Join metal base materials, metal and PCB or plastic base materials.

・An alternative to rivets and spot welding. -No special installation equipment is required. - Finishes almost flat on both sides. -Can be installed in minimum space. ・No counterbore or other hole machining is required. -Can be installed in the hole in the middle of the lower plate. - It is possible to hide the zipper with paint or powder coating. ・RoHS compliant Unlike rivets that remain bulbous during installation, SpotFast® fasteners have an extremely flat profile that stays out of the way even when the smallest spaces are available. The surface treatment remains smooth and the zipper can be easily hidden with paint or powder coating.

■SF™ fastener for joining and fixing two metal base materials

SF™ fasteners permanently join two base materials flat. When pressure is applied to the fastener in place, the base material metal flows into the two recesses of the fastener. SF fasteners are designed for metal-to-metal joining. Attach it so that it is smooth on the top plate and the bottom plate is almost flat. It can attach two metal base materials that are difficult to weld, fix base materials of different thicknesses, join dissimilar metals that cannot be welded, and even join ultra-thin metals.
