About This Product
■PEM® brand miniature nuts allow you to install strong, reusable screws in limited space.
PEM miniature nuts provide visual confirmation of proper installation. A sturdy knurled collar is embedded into the base metal to prevent the nut from rotating in the base metal. The torque out due to the burrs far exceeds the loosening torque of the locking nut.
The undercut below the collar is filled with metal flow when attaching the collar to the base material.
■FEX™/FEOX™/U™ Non-loosening nuts
FEX™/FEOX™/U™ lockless nuts have class 2B/6H high-strength, reusable threads. These nuts can be installed closer to the edges of thinner sheets or boards than standard clinching nuts. Some sizes of FEX/FEOX/U nuts can be ordered with NASM45938/7 specifications.
