About This Product
■When using PEM® flush nuts, both the front and back sides of the base material can be finished flush.
Pemsert® Flush Nuts are designed to be installed into base metals that are .060”/1.5mm or larger. F™ and F4™ nuts are flat on both sides of the base metal and require stronger threads than the base metal. An ideal fastener for your application.It enhances the functionality and design of the entire product.
Pemsert® Flush Nuts can be easily installed by firmly pressing them into the round holes in the metal base material. After product assembly, screws can be installed in difficult-to-access locations before bending. The proven hexagonal head for clinching PEM® provides high axial force and torsional strength.
F4™ flush nuts are specially designed for stainless steel substrates. Pemsert® F™ nuts can be ordered in compliance with US NASM45938/4 specifications.
