■Features
This is a measuring device that measures the diameter of large cylindrical objects such as train axles. Since the sensor part is portable, it is possible to measure objects that are difficult to move.
■Measurement method
・Simply lift the measuring part and set it from above so as to sandwich the axle. Displays measured values in real time.
・Since the weight of the measurement unit is used to securely set it on the axis, stable measurements can be made regardless of how it is placed.
・Press the print switch to print the measured values.
■Master proofreading
Set the sensor on the master jig (bottom right) and perform calibration. Master measurement variation is 1um.
