The patent-pending mechanism has a long stroke, low measurement pressure, and excellent operability, allowing anyone to easily measure height, steps, depth, and steps inside the cylinder.
■Step measurement method
It can of course perform the same measurements as a height gauge, but the most important feature of this measuring device is that it can easily measure steps inside hollow shapes. For inside measurements, shapes with an inner diameter of up to approximately 20 mm can be measured. Please use it for measuring lens barrels, caps, etc.
■Comparison with height gauge
Due to the structure of the height gauge, where the probe is protruding from the side, it is impossible to eliminate slight wobbling. The height difference measuring machine has no wobbling because the probe and sensor part are integrated in the vertical direction. In addition, the patent-pending (patent application 2012-205480) vertical movement mechanism allows the probe to be moved up and down with a light operation.Furthermore, the low measuring pressure allows even plastic objects to be measured with high precision.
