About This Product

A fully automated system realizes packaging of hot melt coating bags. A high-performance machine that fully automatically packs double-seal bags and single-seal bags. Features

■Fully automatic from insertion to mouth closing

Sealing of hot melt application bags can be completed by simply inserting the bag opening tip into the carrier chain or belt. This is a state-of-the-art machine with a fully automatic integrated system that does everything in one step.

■7 types that can accommodate bag specifications

You can select the model that meets the contents and hot melt coating bag specifications. Divided into carrier chain type and belt type, single type and double type are available for each type, and can accommodate all specifications.

■High-precision machine with high sealing performance

After the hot melt glue is sufficiently heated with a hot air heater, it is completely sealed by crimping with a press roll. In polyethylene inner bags, the inner polyethylene is sealed first, so it has excellent moisture and dust resistance, and prevents the contents from deteriorating.

■Hot air temperature of hot air heater can be adjusted

The hot air settings for both the hot air heater and inner layer heater can be changed depending on the bag specifications and bag condition. Temperature adjustment is also easy to operate. High efficiency and high quality packaging can always be achieved.

■Easy maintenance

Since the main parts are protected by a sealed cover, troubles such as breakdowns are greatly reduced. It is also resistant to stains and is extremely easy to maintain.
