About This Product

This is a compact swing bag feeding and packaging machine that can handle paper bags and plastic bags. All grains and powders, including rice (milled rice, supplied rice, etc.), are weighed and clamped directly onto the chute with a swing feeding bag, ensuring filling. Also, it is easy to adjust even if the bag length changes.

■Features

・Fully automatic: The entire process from bag feeding to closing the bag opening is fully automated. This is a compact fully automatic packaging machine that fulfills the functions of conventional packaging machines and has been further upgraded. ・Workability/Safety: Operation and maintenance are extremely easy due to the streamlined functions. It is safe as it is equipped with various alarms and control safety devices. Highly efficient workability creates excellent productivity in packaging work. ・Constant bag mouth height: Unlike conventional bag feeding methods, swing bag feeding is clamped directly to the chute, ensuring filling. Also, the bag length is easy to adjust. ・Weighing machine: 3CM-5 and 3CM-5P can be set in any weighing machine.
