About This Product

3CM-5G is a state-of-the-art, low-cost, gross-measuring automatic packaging machine that uses a swing bag feeding system to clamp bags directly onto a chute.

■Supply method

Since you can select and adopt the most suitable feeding method depending on the properties of the powder or granules, a stable supply is always possible.

■Gross measurement method

・Reasonable packaging of small quantities and a wide variety of fine powders. The conventional process of weighing the product and putting it into a bag through a chute is now possible, but now it is put directly from the hopper and weighed at the same time. Productivity is particularly high when packaging small quantities of a wide variety of products with fine powder or highly adhesive properties. ・The installation area is also reduced by keeping the machine height low. The gross weighing method eliminates the need for a weighing tank or intermediate chute, resulting in a lower machine height. It can be installed in places with low ceilings, and the overall installation area is reduced.

■Measuring mechanism

・Measuring method: Gross measuring method ・Measurement detection method: 3-point suspension, load cell method ・Quantitative measurement: Digital display type - Equipped with functions such as automatic free fall compensation, automatic zero adjustment (automatic tare deletion), predictive loading, correction loading, and memory integration. Any open bag is OK. We can accommodate customer's bag specifications. Can be applied to paper bags, single plastic bags, cloth bags, and laminated bags.
