About This Product
A new weapon for efficiently operating flexo printing machines. It has excellent operability and even beginners can easily print proofs. It can be used for proofing printing plates at plate making factories, pasting proofs at printing factories, producing various printing samples at design centers, and testing at resin plate research centers.
■Features
・Can be used to select the optimum number of lines for anilox and plates.
・Overprinting can be done quickly and accurately, and registration accuracy is outstanding.
- Ideal for taking samples for approval to customers and printing factories.
・We can also print proofs of various materials such as paper, PE, PP, vinyl, nonwoven fabric, and others.
・Even beginners can perform speedy calibration work with the frame movement fast-forward handle and the digital display of the gaps (intervals) between the left and right printing pressures and 4 positions of the animate pressure.
*We can manufacture sizes other than those specified according to customer requests.
*We manufacture various mounters and proofers (pasting proofing machines).
■Machine configuration
- The drum has a circumference of 3,350 mm and the roll surface is finished with hard chrome plating.
・With a printing cylinder with a maximum printing length of 650 mm, it is possible to take 5 samples.
- There is a guide line on the plate cylinder, making it easier to attach the printing plate.
- After pasting the printing plate, the position can be verified using a magnifying glass.
・The large gear with the same pitch circle as the drum diameter has a ground finish.
・The anilox roll is driven by a separate motor even when the machine is stopped.
- The plate cylinder is raised and lowered by hydraulic pressure, and automatically moves up and down when the machine starts and stops. In addition, the select switch can be used to raise and lower it independently, regardless of the unit.
・The plate cylinder frame and inking frame can be moved simultaneously using the rapid feed handle. (Moves 2.5mm with one rotation of the handle)
・Adjustment between each roll can be adjusted separately for the left and right sides using the fine adjustment handle. (0.16mm movement per handle rotation)
・The current position of the plate cylinder frame and inking frame is displayed digitally in microns.
・The standard plate thickness is 3.00mm including double-sided tape, etc.
- Can also be used for flexographic test coaters in laboratories.
