Efficiently process printing plates and proofs using computer control
This machine is a computer-controlled flexographic printing plate pasting proofing machine that not only has the function of pasting the printing plate, but also can perform proof printing after pasting. Computer control allows precise and speedy pasting. You can paste multiple small prints (composition) without using large prints, saving you printing costs. As an option, there is a type that allows you to insert and remove the sleep plate cylinder with one touch using an air mandrel.
■Features
- There are two CCD cameras and a TV monitor, and based on the pasting data input to the computer, the two cameras are automatically moved in the width direction of the plate cylinder by each individual servo motor. Additionally, the plate cylinder rotates and stops at a predetermined position.
- Cross lines are displayed on the TV monitors of the two cameras, allowing accurate pasting by simply aligning them with the two register marks on the printing plate.
・Movement of the impression cylinder to the proof printing position (in the direction of the plate cylinder) can be performed simultaneously on both the left and right sides using the manual handle. Additionally, the moving distance of the impression cylinder is displayed digitally, making it easy to adjust the printing pressure.
- The plate cylinder and impression cylinder are each driven by their own servo motors to rotate synchronously, allowing for accurate proof printing.
- You can save on printing costs by pasting multiple small printing plates (composition) instead of using a large single printing plate.
- In order to accommodate sleeve-type plate cylinders, the plate cylinder bearing has a function that allows the plate cylinder to be cantilevered so that the sleeve can be attached and removed on the machine. (optional)
- Automatic impression cylinder moving device and fixing table are available as options.
*We can meet a wide range of specifications (from large machines for preprinting to small machines for label printing)
*There are also mounter proofers that do not have a CCD camera or servo motor (or both).
*There is also an easy mounter that does not have a calibration function.
