About This Product

■What is a crystal device?

Semiconductors are called the "rice of industry," but crystal devices are called the "salt of industry." Although salt is not the main ingredient, it plays an important role in adjusting the flavor of the dish. For example, there is a semiconductor called a microcontroller unit (MCU). ■Principle of crystal device

The piezoelectric effect is a phenomenon in which electricity is generated when pressure is applied to a crystal. This was discovered in 1880 by French physicists Pierre Curie and Jacques Curie. Crystal devices such as vibrators and oscillators utilize this principle of piezoelectric effect.

■What is an evaluation socket?

■Clamshell type (CXP series)
