Since we use our own fermentation heat, almost no energy is required for fermentation. Automatic loading and unloading into the fermenter is possible, saving labor. Processed items are stacked vertically, so space can be used effectively.
■Adopts automated system
Sensors control the temperature inside the fermenter to detect and maintain the appropriate temperature for fermentation. This is a continuous fermentation method in which the compost layer is mechanically cut out and new processed materials are introduced from the top.
