About This Product

■Normal pressure dryer and drying system

This is a normal pressure dryer that uses an indirect heating method. Continuous batch operation that can operate 24 hours a day efficiently dries starchy residues and sludge into granules, making it possible to recycle them.

■High performance

Materials that were traditionally considered difficult to dry can now be recycled.

■Low cost

Indirect heating and agitation using rotating blades prevent the contents from deteriorating, shorten drying time, and save energy. ・Drying time: 20-50 minutes/batch ・Fuel cost (heavy oil equivalent): 3 to 4 yen/processing amount (kg) ・Electricity bill: 0.5 to 1 yen/processing amount (kg) Comparing the total amount of waste disposal costs and initial running costs, it can be depreciated in 2 to 3 years (depending on physical properties).

■Safety

Negative pressure sealing system prevents dust and odors from leaking. There is no risk of fire as it is an indirect heating method using steam.

■Compact

Since pulverization and drying are performed simultaneously within the dryer itself, the equipment is simple and compact. Continuous batch operation allows continuous operation for 24 hours.
