About This Product

HW is an original technology developed by our company to solve the problem of temperature unevenness within the sample, which is an issue with SPS technology. Installing a heater inside the chamber prevents heat radiation from the sample. The table on the lower left shows the difference in temperature between the surface temperature of a φ30 graphite die and the temperature at the center of the sample. At this time, the graphite mold is filled with iron powder. When heating a graphite mold without HW, when the die surface is at 1,000°C, the temperature difference between it and the center of the sample is approximately 180°C. On the other hand, when the graphite mold is heated with HW, when the die surface is at 1,000°C, the temperature difference between the temperature at the center of the sample and the center of the sample is approximately 30°C, which is very small compared to the case without HW. You can see that.
