About This Product

Micro sheathed heaters are small-diameter products that cannot be manufactured with conventional band heaters. The heater itself uses a square wire sheathed heater and boasts excellent thermal efficiency. Product points

■Higher thermal efficiency

Since it uses a square wire sheathed heater, it has higher heat conduction than conventional band heaters.

■Uses high temperature resistant lead wires

Atmosphere: Uses Teflon lead wires that can be used at temperatures above 200℃. Therefore, it can be used in harsher environments than conventional band heaters.

■High waterproof effect

It has a highly waterproof effect due to its unique completely sealed structure.

■Setting a non-heat generating part

The rising part from the ring part is non-heat generating.

■Usage

・Heating of hot runner nozzle part ・Nozzle heater

■Product description

A micro sheathed heater is a ring-shaped square wire sheathed heater. By using a square wire sheathed heater in the heat generating part, the degree of adhesion to the heating target such as the nozzle increases, making it possible to achieve high thermal efficiency.
