This cable supports a rated voltage of 300V. Specialized for wiring to twisting moving parts.
■UL 758 Style 11502 105℃ 600V
This is an insulated wire for wiring inside equipment that uses a special elastomer that has been used in the ORP cable series.
■Features
-Achieved twisting durability of over 50 million times (twisting interval 500mm).
- Strong against localized twisting (durability of over 10 million cycles even with twisting distance of 100 mm).
- Special shield that is hard to break (uses a special conductor that is flexible and has excellent tensile strength, making the shield extremely durable).
・The lineup includes a total of 50 types (conductor size: 0.05~0.5mm2, logarithm: 3~8 pairs).
Movable performance
■Sliding bending mode
・Performance: 30 million times or more
・Test conditions (bending radius: approximately 6 times the cable outer diameter, sliding speed: 70 times/min, moving distance: 350 mm, count: 1 round trip is counted as 1 time)
■ Head swing bending mode
・Performance: Over 3 million times
・Test conditions (bending radius: approximately 8 times the cable outer diameter, bending angle: ±90°, bending speed: 40 times/min, load: minimum 4.9N, count: 1 round trip is counted as 1 time)
■Twisting mode
・Performance: 50 million times or more (500mm spacing), 10 million times or more (100mm spacing)
・Test conditions (twisting angle: ±180°, twisting speed: 90 times/min, interval: 500mm / 100mm, count: ±180° round trip is counted as one time)
