Clinic KIOSK began when a clinic we had a relationship with asked us to find an automatic payment machine. At the time, the only option available was automatic payment machines for hospitals, and the problem was that they were too large to fit into clinic waiting rooms. Therefore, we decided to develop an automatic payment machine for clinics, believing that there was a need for an automatic payment machine that would be suitable for clinics that play a central role in local medical care. Since its launch in 2015, Clinic KIOSK has continued to meet the needs of clinics by changing its housing design and reducing the installation space.

■Cost performance

In order to create an automatic payment machine in response to requests from clinics, we needed to come up with a price that would be compatible with the clinic's distribution situation and allow it to be introduced. It was difficult to reduce costs using the same concept as existing automatic payment machines, so we achieved lower costs by creating a hardware configuration that focuses on outpatient insurance treatment, which accounts for the majority of clinics. Currently, we continue to develop the software and update it repeatedly in order to maintain a more cost-effective system.

■Introduction support/operation support

The purpose of Clinic KIOSK introduction support is not to install it, but to utilize it. Therefore, when introducing an automatic payment machine, we not only explain how to use it, but also support the construction of a business flow based on our past installation experience. After operation, we provide ongoing operational support, not only by responding to problems, but also by responding to legal revisions and consulting on business improvement.
