■Alvea flexible roller conveyor
- You can extend, contract, bend, and move with one unit, and the height can be easily adjusted.
・The frame is press-processed to give it sufficient strength, and the unichrome plating finish makes it beautiful and has excellent corrosion resistance.
- Comes with connecting metal fittings.
■About load capacity
Please meet each of the conditions below.
1. The load capacity of the entire frame is 230kg when supported at a 1.5m pitch, 160kg when supported at a 2m pitch, and 50kg when supported at a 3m pitch. *If the entire unit is placed on the floor, please refer to the load capacity of one roller in 2.
2. The load capacity of one roller is 30 kg with aluminum roller φ45 without impact. Resin roller φ30 weighs 8kg, and φ42 weighs 13kg. *Impact refers to the strength of the load on the roller due to the unevenness and hardness and softness of the bottom of the transported object. (Self-propelled speed also affects.)
*Please ensure that each item being transported is always supported by three or more rollers. Also, make the roller width at least 5cm wider than the width of the object to be transported. However, if the surface is hard and flat, the width may be less than the width of the item being transported. (However, it should be at least 80% of the width of the transported object.)
