About This Product

Raw materials that require high quality, such as battery materials, ceramic materials, carbon, and resin materials, require high accuracy and uniform for heating temperature history, atmosphere conditions, keeping time, etc.

In order to dry and heat a large amount of powdered grain substance, a rotary killn that can be consecutive supply and drainage is the best than a static heat treatment method or a batch method.

The rotary kiln (SGV series) has realized a continuous and high -precision heating heating process by the company's unique method, which moves raw materials in accordance with the "rasen grooves (formed by a guide feathers fixed to the retort wall)".

We provide compact devices in response to requests such as retort material selection for optimal heat treatment considering the characteristics of raw materials, temperature, time, atmosphere control, and automation of supply/discharge.


Feature
･ High -precision drying and uniform heat treatment can be performed continuously.
Heated objects are not mixed with different insertion times because they proceed in the rasen groove. The heater is divided into multiple zones and the temperature control is arbitrarily controlled in each zone. It is heated evenly according to the temperature pattern.

･ You can perform uniform heat treatment even in high rotation, long -term processing
Even at high revolutions, the things before and after input were not mixed, and moved in the rasen groove. Stay time can be controlled by the rotation speed and the rotation speed difference between the rotation speed and the rotation speed.

･ Large amount of processing is possible with a compact furnace
It can be uniformly processed at a level that does not exceed the depth of the racen groove. The filling rate 30 % is OK.

･ Introduction of dry air and atmosphere control is possible
The introduction of hot air into the retort, the oxidation atmosphere, the atmosphere of no oxide, etc. is possible.
