About This Product

■Summary

The Alu Loader is a loader positioner for composite panels with a lifting arm with suction cup connected to the Alu Ranger vacuum system.

■Promote automation and improve productivity

The Alu Loader uses an arm to pick up aluminum or composite panels from a pallet and place them on a surface at the same height and slope as the Alu Ranger CNC workbench. Alu Loader is a patented automatic panel loading and positioning system.

Alu Loader is available for 42 / 63 / 101 models

■Integrated automation

The inversion feature allows material to be loaded onto the processing table regardless of the orientation of the panel surface on the loading pallet.
