About This Product

■Summary

Double Loader is a loading flipper system for aluminum composite panels with two or three lifting arms with suction cups, connected to the Alu Ranger vacuum system and brushless motor. (*Patented)

■Promote automation and significantly improve productivity

A side loader for composite panels with two or three arms powered by a brushless motor and drive, vacuum suction holding and loading, and connected to the Ranger CNC vacuum system.

■Product model

Double Loader is available on 42 and 63 models.

■Integrated automation

■Improvement of productivity

The inversion feature allows material to be loaded onto the processing table regardless of the orientation of the panel surface on the loading pallet.
