About This Product
■Lightweight
Plametal is a laminated structure of weighed aluminum sheets and resin, and has a specific gravity of less than 1.1, making it as light as possible without sacrificing rigidity. This simplifies installation and processing work and shortens the construction period.
■Durability
Plametal is made of aluminum and is coated with a highly weather-resistant resin coating, so it has excellent durability, weather resistance, corrosion resistance, stain resistance, and abrasion resistance.
■Strength
Plametal is a composite material of highly rigid aluminum and polymer resin, so it is highly rigid and has excellent impact resistance, wind pressure resistance, and snow load resistance.
■Smooth
Plametal has high rigidity, so there is little deflection, and the unique laminate line increases smoothness.
■Elongation
Plastic metal is coated with aluminum on both sides, so its coefficient of linear expansion is almost the same as that of aluminum. It has excellent dimensional stability against temperature changes, and almost no warpage due to thermal changes.
■Processing
Plametal takes advantage of the workability of its constituent materials, so it has excellent workability such as cutting, cutting, R-bending, bending, joining, and punching. You can create beautiful designs.
■Heat/sound
Plametal's core material is made of polymer resin, so it has excellent heat and sound insulation properties.
