About This Product
■ROA (PC/ABS) is a molding material with excellent physical properties.
ROAR is a PC/ABS resin board that is suitable for sheet molding and has excellent moldability, heat resistance, and impact resistance. It is used as the exterior cover of various devices.
■Moldability
It has extremely good formability and is capable of complex deep drawing. It is also possible to improve the design of molded curved surfaces. The molding magnification has a performance of approximately 5 times.
■Shock resistance
Lower (PC/ABS) has approximately twice the impact strength compared to ABS.
■Heat resistance
Roa (PC/ABS) has superior heat resistance compared to other resins.
■Low temperature characteristics
Lower (PC/ABS) has excellent low-temperature properties comparable to polycarbonate.
■Flame retardant
Roa (PC/ABS) is a material that is less flammable than other resins. Products with a thickness of 1.5 mm or more are certified under the particularly strict UL standard (V-0).
