About This Product
■Summary
Sunroid PET Ace is the fourth transparent resin after PVC, acrylic, and polycarbonate, and is our first domestically produced PET-G sheet. It can be used for a variety of purposes by taking advantage of its many features such as excellent processability and transparency.
■Transparency
It maintains excellent total light transmittance like acrylic and polycarbonate.
■Workability
PET-G sheet is an amorphous product, so it has better punching and bending properties than A-PET.
■Printability
PET-G sheets are printable products. Printing is easier than A-PET.
■Adhesiveness
PET-G sheet is an amorphous product, so it maintains excellent adhesion. Compared to A-PET, it provides stronger surface bonding.
■Moldability
It is a material with good elongation, less uneven thickness, and can be formed by ultra-deep drawing. It has a maximum molding magnification of approximately 4 times.
■Shock resistance
It has higher impact strength than resins such as acrylic.
■Chemical resistance
It has excellent chemical resistance compared to acrylic and polycarbonate resins.
■Flame retardant
With an oxygen index of 25%, it is less flammable than other resins.
■Environmental friendliness
PET-G sheet does not contain halogen bromine such as chlorine or bromine in its resin skeleton. In addition, it is a material that does not easily damage the incinerator as it burns low calories.
■Food Sanitation Law Compliant
We use raw materials listed on the positive list.
