About This Product
■Summary
Low foam PVC board that can be used for advertisements, signboards, etc. Available in a wide range of versatile colors. In addition, white is available in thicknesses ranging from 1mm thickness, which can be bent, to a sturdy 5mm thickness. It is particularly suitable when you are concerned about the durability of styrene boards, or when aluminum composite boards are over-specified.

- Can be used in a variety of places, from indoors to outdoor short-term applications.
・White non-adhesive products are flame retardant certified.

■Cut
You can use cutters, scissors, circular saws, panel saws, etc.
■Trimming
Can be processed with an NC router (vibrating blade/end mill).
■Nailing
You can also drive nails, drill holes with an electric drill, tighten bolts/screws, and fasten with rivets.
■Adhesion
We recommend a solvent adhesive for hard PVC.
■Heat bending processing
It can be heat bent in the same way as non-foamed PVC.
■Printing
Silk printing and UV direct printing are available.
■Paint
Can be painted with all inks suitable for PVC (vinyl, acrylic, 2-component polyurethane, etc.)
